2007-2008 Outcome Measures

The 2007-2008 Outcome Measures addressed six (6) core elements of support which were representative of the type of services offered by the organization.  Each core element was reviewed for its efficiency, effectiveness, access and satisfaction factors. Read full report here.

2008 Family, Careprovider, and Stakeholder Survey by the Board of Directors

The Board of Directors of Services To Enhance Potential conducted a telephone survey of families and care providers to solicit direct feedback regarding STEP’s current services, services not currently provided, what they would like to see as the future direction for STEP, and overall satisfaction with STEP operations and personnel. 2007-2008 Community Employment Report

The number of job placements and employment endings were remarkably identical to last year's. We continue to create more opportunities in contracted commmunity-based worksites.Two hundred and fifty-two (252) persons who had received facility-based services were employed and/or self-employed on September 31, 2007, an increase of 4%. 2006-2007 Community Employment Report

Job placements were up 177% from last year largely due to contracted commmunity-based worksites Employment endings were up 64%. Overall there was a 26% increase in the number of persons employed during the year. Two hundred and forty-two (242) persons who had received facility-based services were employed and/or self-employed on September 31, 2007, an increase of 5%.See summary report here.

2006 Consumer Survey

Four hundred and ninety-seven (497) surveys were returned from individuals and those representing them! The individuals surveyed were those receiving supports coordination services from STEP. We received an overall satisfaction rate of 98% but more important were the comments. Recommendations and conclusions are included. Click here for the complete report.
