2005 2006 Performance Indicators for Community Integration

Community-based activities provide opportunites for persons to participate in activities they like, meet new peole, and assume meaningful roles. Click here to see what performance indicators we are tracking in this critical area of service.

2006 Consumer Survey

Four hundred and ninety-seven (497) surveys were returned from individuals and those representing them! The individuals surveyed were those receiving supports coordination services from STEP. We received an overall satisfaction rate of 98% but more important were the comments. Recommendations and conclusions are included. Click here for the complete report.

2005 External Stakeholder Survey

Fifty-three (53) respondents, representing a wide range of relationships with STEP, replied to our first ever electronic survey via SurveyMonkey.com. 2005 Employee Survey Report

Many recommendations were made by staff to address what they perceive as organizational shortfalls.  Hopefully this will open dialogue for more mutual respect and support.  As a result of completing this survey, there has been a benefit both for staff and for the organization. It is important that staff have multiple opportunities to provide feedback, and this has been one.  It is also important that the organization be able to view itself from the employees' perspective. Value Options 2005 Audit Report

STEP was audited by the Value Options, Detroit Service Center, Quality Management Department on April 26 and 27, 2005. Measured against established administrative and medical record standards, STEP scored 100% on the administrative audit and nearly 100% on the medical records audit.  Results are compared to the 2003 and 2004 audit which prompted the comment... 2005 2006 Community Employment Report

The good news is a 51% decrease in the number of employment endings from last year. The not so good news is a 39% decrease in the number of job placements, primarily due to our area's depressed job market.
