The cost savings of using our employment services include…

  • Reduced personnel costs i.e., recruitment, hiring, training, and retention.
  • Onsite training, one-on-one, as well as follow along services provided at no cost to you.
  • Take advantage of the WOTC, Work Opportunity Tax Credit – up to 40% of the first $6,000.00 in wages possible in the first year of employment. We can assist you with the application process.
  • We are responsible for worker’s compensation, payroll processing, and administrative costs for any leasing options.

We have developed a longstanding working relationship with the Michigan Department of Labor and Eonomic Growth – Michigan Rehabilitation Services, currently doing business at the Ann Arbor, Detroit Schools, Detroit Fort, Detroit Mack, Livonia, Taylor, and Wayne offices. This partnership helps to insure greater success for the person and services available to you.

Our experienced job coaches will help you provide your employee with on site training and support, involving you and other employees as much as possible.

We will work closely with each person and employer on the job site to maximize productivity and competence. We prefer that the employer assume as much responsibility for the training as possible and will partner with the supervisor for this purpose. The provision of services may include:

  • Accompany person to orientation
  • Job task analysis
  • On-the-job training and support
  • Problem resolution
  • Developing accommodations
  • Developing interpersonal skills and relationships with coworkers and supervision
  • Retraining at a future time as needed
